My apple customers upgrade with ease and have a zero learning curve....Come on Microsoft...no games built in, getting into safe mode almost impossible on a crippled win8 box, IE 10 keeps locking up (had to use chrome), Metro looks like SEGA 8 bit games stations (remember).
