Other Answers (1) by nbaboss0 Member since: 08 June 2011 Total points: 802 (Level 2) Add Contact Block You need to get hm03 surf from alder, he gives it to you and cheren after a battle b4 you enter twist mountain. basically you need to beat the 6th gym, and then go up to twist mountain, while your walking up the stairs, cheren will stop you and fight you and then alder will give it to you both after the battle, then surf over by the old man who talks about cobalion over by mistralton cave and it is in there
