Launchpad has some lag to it when one page has a lot of applications in it, still no update for that even when Mac OS X Mountain Lion came out, I still have not tested Mountain Lion yet, but if I do I hope they fixed the lag. Even though the animations are mostly an aesthetic upgrade, we found it much easier and more elegant than hitting back on the Web browser and reloading past sites
