As it is, the best alternative I have come up with is to type shell:cache in the Search Programs and Files box from the Start menu, having Temporary Internet Files folder come up in Explorer and then navigating to the Content.Outlook folder and manually deleting the files. I have found the first 99 versions in a temp file Outlook uses and they remain until manually removed and the temp file count will start over on new mail delivery
