I also have worked with few good RNs but LPNs do more hands on and again depends where you work but we are all nurses and should help each other, I train new RNs all the time and im only an LPN working on my RN so each nurse has a story and we should all reapect each other!! In reality tv world no one wants to watch perfection and happiness play out, we like drama and discord, with a little dose of violence if it gets to that point in order for us to know that the people on the tv show are just like us
