So I let the repairtool have it's way and it came to the conclusion that my .pst file was corrupted and it's repair function could not fix my .pst file. Now, anytime i want to create a new folder i normally create it within outlook.com and then sync it with outlook 2010, just to make sure there will be no sync problems.
