but i know how to get arceus you have to go to jubilife cityyy then go to the pokemart but before you go in, when the screen goes blak go in and press L+R then you'd probally see a green odd man there talk to him and he'll give you the azure flute, once you've got that go to the spear pillar. to get arceus you need to go to all the pokemon centres in sinnoh and once youve been to the 1 in sunyshore city talk to a lady in the union room she will give you the azure flute but you have to have wi-fi, there are many more ways to get arceus

You go to Jubilife City then go to the tv station go to the 3rd floor talk to the guy next to the girl then put everyone happy and then wi-fi connection when your done save turn off the game tun it back on then you will see mistery gift. you cant find the azure flute in Pokemon diamond you can only get it by an action replay or Nintendo event (but the azure flute give away thing only happens once in a while)

:( How do you get manaphy in Pokemon Diamond or Pearl without cheating or going to a Nintendo Event? Right now, It's only available through a distribution from Pokemon Ranger. Simply put, the Azure Flute is a Key Item (so it cannot be traded while it is attached o another Pokemon), it is not found by a Pokemon with the Pickup ability, it cannot be won or obtained in any other way than by hacking into the game or attending a Nintendo event (or, at least, linking up to one - perhaps by the WFC)
