Now I do not sneeze a lot but I produce a lot of phlegm.This phlegm is white and sticky that I throw it hardly in addition to a noise when I try to force out the air. This is the real reason why I left news: I finally came to accept that the vanity of a byline was keeping me in a job that left me physically and emotionally exhausted, yet supremely unsatisfied. Sorry if this sounds old fashioned but I got this advice from my grandma and she lived healthily till 97yrs (despite a bout of bladder cancer in her 70s). Hydration is very important and will help you feel less tired, but no matter how hydrated you are, if you wake up during the night to go to the bathroom, drinking all that water is contributing to making you tired rather than preventing it! The key is to make sure that you drink as much as you can earlier in the day
