If you can answer these question I will be able to give you a better answer: 1) Where exactly does it hurt in your heel? 2) Is it sensitive to the touch? 3) Does it also hurt when you are not walking? 4) Do you have high or low arches in your feet? 5) What kind of shoes you usually wear? 6) Is there any redness or swelling in your heel? 7) Do you have the same pain symptoms in both heels? For now I would suggest normal treatment which involves icing at least 4 times a day and stretching your feet
