You could try restoring back to the earliest possible point and re-installing all of the Windows updates and any programs which may be removed by the process. Once you have all of the updates installed and having not received the error message, then I would begin installing the list of programs (hardware, etc.) one at a time and reboot each time just to ensure that the message does not pop-up

Also whether this is related or not i'm not sure, when myself or other people try to logon sometimes, it says a device attached to the system is not working correctly, unable to login, windows then fails to restart or shutdown. One issue I have been having lately, I don't think it's related, is my LAN is not recognised at all by windows, won't install nothing in device manager for it

If you prefer to fix this problem yourself, go to the "Let me fix it myself" section.Fix it for me loadTOCNode(3, 'resolution'); To fix this problem automatically, click the Fix it button or link. This does not remove any of the existing entries in the Event log, they would need to be manually cleared out of the application event log.Note: There can be other reasons for Event ID 10 error messages, this only prevents the error message listed above from occurring

The internal IP address of the Citrix XenApp server is different than the external IP address that the clients overseas use to access the published applications. So, I checked the event viewer on one of the servers running Citrix XenApp, and discovered a recurring error in the System event viewer: Log Name: System Source: IMAService Event ID: 3989 Description: Citrix XenApp failed to connect to the Data Store

I say this because it took quite a long time to format the other drive after I got Vista running, far longer than it did to install Vista on the new drive. I, too, depend on the generosity of the people on fora like this to help guide my path at times.Because of this, it behooves us to walk gently and remember to be patient with those who come after us
