A few guards might make there way there so just knock them out....after a few minutes glass will break.....just to be safe.....cloak and heavy machine gun her butt. I just completed the game for the second time and was going for foxiest of hounds, legend, and pacifist all at once and to be on the safe side i saved A LOT and if a guard, turret, camera or anything went hostile i loaded my last save so i made it through the entire game without even being in a hostile state, for the last boss i just stealthed and used the laser rifle to finish her off in 5 seconds basically skipping the entire boss fight and when i completed the game the achievement did not pop, pacifist and legend did but foxiest of hounds did not and i KNOW that i never set off an alarm cause like i stated i reloaded if even a guard entered hostile state

I did end up getting this achievement during my second playthrough, but this was only because I knocked out a grand total of one person, and that because there was no avoiding him.
