In my 2ww, I experienced lower back cramping, stomach cramping, strange twists and twinges in my abdomen, ovary pain, tender breasts (but that's nothing new - I get that every month from the time I ovulate until Day 1 of ), nausea, sinus headaches, enhanced sense of smell, gas, bloating, heartburn, constipation (sorry, if tmi!) fatigue, weepiness and a general feeling of yuckiness. not that that's the best indicator of ov! So as long as the trigger shot takes over and won't allow my body let my body ov early, even if it wanted to, I think I'm more comfortable with the timing. I had my staples removed yesterday that was a little painful but glad its over! Lauren had a dr appt Monday she is already 7 lbs 3 ounces and 20.5 inches..she is having a little drainage issue with her left eye...they think that the eye duct may be clogged but time should heal it. yesterday morning I took my temperature and it was still raised and I took an ovulation predictor test because I wanted to see what would happen and it was positive. I usually repond very well to 100mg of clomid but this cycle we decided to go with something new by taking 150mg but it seems like I should have stick to my regular dosage

I didn't have any pain after I gave myself the shot! I know I did it in the right spot, and went all the way in...I had a diagram and everything! I had a little bit if sharp pains within an hour of the shot, but nothing later, the next day, etc. I just keep telling her maybe this will be what our next 9 months are like We had our first IUI done today after the shot on Wednesday and 50 mg of Clomid from cd5-9 so now were waiting to see if we made a Many sticky wishes to the prev poster! I just wanted to add that I have had the HCG trigger shot 2 or 3 times and never felt any side effects

For this second IUI I just had, I triggered at night so I could do a 36 hour IUI and I O'd somewhere in between 37 and 42 hours (I had O pains during that 7 hour window). He said it doesn't matter because the sperm can wait for the egg or vice versa, He said the sperm will live for at least 2 days, probably longer so not to worry

I"m working with yale and they had me do the IUI this past Sun after just taking the shot sat night! They do everything in the am's, so I had no choice of doing another time. They kept telling me that we would take the trigger and the IUI would be 36 hours later but then after my last monitoring appt they said take the trigger that night then scheduled my IUI for the next morning

I hear about sperm count though and my doctor says the count does lower some after several times BUT that it only takes one and better too much than not enough and missing your window! UGH this is so frustrating
